Job Description Primary Functions • Serve as the first point of contact with clients who need technical assistance via phone or email • Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner • Diagnose computer errors and provide technical support. • Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues using different diagnostic techniques • Maintain daily performance of computer systems • Install, configure, upgrade, PC software and operating systems • Password administration and access support • Conduct daily backup and restore of data files and systems • Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel Skills • Sound technical knowledge of Windows based Operating systems and Microsoft Desktop products • Sound knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and LAN/WAN Network Technology Concepts • Experience with Office 365 and Active Directory • Microsoft Office 365 Benefits: • Looking for full time people • Training opportunities • A high-achieving, knowledgeable, experienced, wonderful and fun team • Base salary of Php26,000 to Php30,000 (commensurate with skills and experience)
Job Qualifications Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science or related technical discipline
• Previous working experience as an IT Technician for at least 2 years
• Experience working in a help desk environment is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized to keep Help Desk tickets in order
• Detailed oriented in order to keep detailed notes on tickets
• Customer-oriented, friendly and patient
• Ability to learn quickly
• A strong analytical, problem-solving, and team-working skills
• Willing to work flexible hours


Skills
• Sound technical knowledge of Windows based Operating systems and Microsoft Desktop products
• Sound knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and LAN/WAN Network Technology Concepts
• Experience with Office 365 and Active Directory

Compensation Range 20000 - 30000
