Job Description We are looking for a senior-level digital marketer with relevant experience in social media management, content planning, curation and management, design experience for website layouts and page content development. The candidate must possess a combined analytical, creative and technical abilities as the role is expected to pioneer key projects to support the growth of the business. RESPONSIBILITIES Content Marketing Tasks: - Write and direct production of content, collect content for social media, websites, and internal use. - Create and distribute engaging written or graphic content in the form of posts, web page and blog content, or social media messages. - Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages. - Track metrics and indicators for data-driven decision-making and course alterations. - Manage content marketing strategy and plans, including coordinating with other teams. - Design and present content in appealing, intuitive ways for a variety of audiences, on various platforms such as MailChimp, HubSpot, social media. - Design and set up email templates for email marketing activities. - Upload, edit and manage content on CMS such as WordPress or Square Space. - Edit content marketing assets such as landing pages, forms and database/lead capture lists. - Review website metrics and top-level performance through programs such as Google Analytics and HubSpot Social Media Marketing Tasks: - Create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules. - Specifically, set up Facebook, LinkedIn or Instagram advertising campaigns from scratch through platforms such as Facebook Business Manager. - Collect customer data and analyse social media metrics to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns. - Grow and expand client presence through various digital and social media platforms plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. - Research and monitor activity of company competitors - Monitor inquiries on social media platforms and coordinate with the team as required.
Job Qualifications Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field

- Can-do attitude, able to find solutions to problems, happy to be a team player and help with any part of the business

- Digitally-savvy with strong analytical skills

- Process-driven and able to see more efficient ways to do things

- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written

- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint

- Basic knowledge in photoshop, illustrator, Canva and other design tools.

- Ability to use marketing platforms such as Mail Chimp, HubSpot

- Good background in social media platforms particularly Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain working relationships with external and internal clients

- Prior experience in editorial and content strategies of multi-channel content

- Foundation in lead generation tasks

- Fast and efficient with excellent attention to detail


- Have worked with reputable digital marketing or BPO company in the same capacity

- Experience working with Australian or Philippine based companies

- Knowledge in SEO/SEM/Google Ads is an advantage but not required
