Job Description Job Description: Our company is in search of a highly talented, well-mannered individual to become a part of our growing global customer support team. You will be providing world-class support to our customers through many different channels of communication - including email, phone, live chat, social media. You will be responsible for identifying the root cause of customer problems and coordinating responses from various internal departments including Accounting, Logistics, and E-Commerce. While providing the support you will also be working closely with the Managers, learning the gameplay of how we build our clientele, manage risk, acquire customers, and always keep everyone happy. If you are empathetic, have great analytical skills, a genuine drive to help customers, and possess the ability and desire for electronics and car audio then you are who we had been looking for! Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Knowledgeable in Automotive Audio and Stereo Parts would definitely be a plus factor 2. Providing accurate information and expert product advice to the customer. 3. Actively establishing working relationships based on trust and mutual respect. 4. Maintaining positive and empathetic towards customers at all times. 5. Responding promptly to customer inquiries. 6. Assist in a customer in specific stereo harnesses and facia needed for a plug and play. 7. Assist customers with specific features of a specification of the head unit that the customer needs and wants. 8. Assist Customers via phone or Skype calls, emails, and live chat.
Job Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 1-year experience in the related field
2. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
3. Strong command over written and verbal English.
4. BPO/ Customer Support Experience is a plus.
