Job Description Are you an online customer service superstar? We need a tech-savvy customer service professional to handle inbound queries via email, web, and social media channels. Someone who will be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our communities and respond to queries so well that our customers will LOVE OUR BRAND. To succeed in this role, you will have at least 3-5 years in a customer service position with an international brand and be looking to join a team that will reward your skills and experience. You are fluent in written English, able to act as the face and voice of our brand, show empathy and remain calm under pressure, and are confident being part of a multi-country customer service team. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in PR, Marketing or Communications or a closely related field of study are highly desirable

At least three years in a customer service position

Direct exposure and experience managing an online community on Instagram and Facebook

Direct exposure and experience with handling customer complaints on Instagram and Facebook

Excellent written English skills
