Engage in the export of services by way of business process outsourcing, serving as an independent contractor performing and providing back office services outsourced by foreign business entities. Including, but not limited to the establishment of contact centers.
Job Description Log all incoming claims in software - Draft email for the client to acknowledge claim (usually by email) - Lodge claim with the insurer - Collate and file all relevant documents - Follow up with the client for missing details including banking details etc. - Forward all documents to the insurer - Liaise with the insurer to ensure settlement of the claim - Liaise with Account Manager to keep them informed of the process - Forward settlement details to client and close claim where relevant - Keep constant track of all claims in progress - Complete excel spreadsheet tracking claims - Assist Account Managers with processing where relevant
Job Qualifications At least 1-year experience in insurance broking or claims at any level.
- MUST possess excellent spoken and written language skills
- MUST have previous experience in Australian insurance ideally handling claims for one of the major Australian insurers
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree
- Well-versed in using MS Applications
- Willing to work at Clark Tech Hub, SM City Clark
- Day Shift 7:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday. Overtime is also optional.
