We’re a team of savvy Technical Support Representatives (TSR/CSR) working on an ever-growing project in Angeles City.

Job Qualifications *FRESH GRADS ARE WELCOME!!!*

Our minimum qualifications for Non-Voice TSR position are as follows:

*Someone with excellent English writing abilities.
*Computer and Internet savvy OR
*Someone who is a quick study and has a passion for technology
*Someone with previous experience in technical support is a PLUS
*Someone who is highly organized and with keen attention to details
*Someone who is willing to work on shifting and/or rotating schedules (we have 24x7 operations)
*Someone who can type at 35 words per minute or greater with 90% accuracy

* College graduate: Must have completed OJT, tech savvy, no call center experience needed
* Completed a 2-year course / 2nd year college level: 7 months straight TSR experience OR 1 year CSR experience
* 2nd year college level (incomplete): 1 year TSR experience (max 2 centers) or 2 years CSR experience
* 1st year college level: 1 year TSR experience in one center OR 2 years total experience as CSR
* High school graduates & vocational/TESDA course graduates: 2 years TSR experience (max 2 centers) OR 3 years total experience as CSR
* K-12 Graduate (STEM and ICT track ONLY): 7 months TSR experience OR 1 year total CSR experience
